The right ticket for you.

If you’re just going to your destination and won’t be returning, the one-way ticket is your best option. If you’re returning by train or plan to ride several times, you can save by buying a round-trip ticket or 10-trip ticket. And if you will be riding Metrolink regularly, then the monthly pass is your ticket to great savings.

Here are a few things to remember about your tickets:

	You must purchase your ticket before you board the train, you cannot puchase on board.
	You must show the conductor your valid ticket upon request, or you could be subject to citation and fine.
	You can purchase your tickets and monthly passes from the self-service ticket vending machines found at all Metrolink stations.
	All Metrolink tickets are also EZ transit passes, good for all-day travel in Los Angeles County on participating bus and Metro Rail lines.
	Metrolink tickets are non-refundable and non-replaceable.

Ticket Choices

One-Way Ticket

Valid for a single one-way trip from the station where purchased and selected destination. One-way tickets are valid for 3 hours from time of purchase.

Round-Trip Ticket

Valid for a round-trip travel between the station where purchased and the selected destination. Valid for round-trip on the same day only. A round-trip has two portions on one ticket—your destination ticket and your return ticket. Destination portion is valid for 3 hours from time of purchase. Return portion is valid any time on day of purchase. Equals 5% below the cost of 10 one-way equivalents.

10-Trip Ticket

Valid for 10 one-way trips between the station where purchased and selected destination. Tickets must be used within 45 days of purchase. May be used by more than one passenger. Ticket must be date-stamped on the day of use (once per passenger) in the metal ticket validator located on the platform prior to boarding the train.

Monthly Pass

Valid for unlimited travel between the station where purchased and selected destination during a calendar month. Monthly passes are only valid during the month printed on the front of the pass. Pass must be signed and is non-transferable. Do not laminate, cut, or photocopy.

You may purchase a monthly pass up until the 14th day of the month. Passes purchased after the 15th day of the month will be validated for the next calendar month and not available for use until the 1st day of the month printed on the pass.

Monthly Pass holders can also take advantage of the Rail 2 Rail® program, to ride both Metrolink and Amtrak Pacific Surfliner trains between Oxnard and Oceanside.

Friends and Family 4-Pack (Sat./Sun. Only)

The Friends and Family 4-Pack (FF4P) is designed specifically for weekend travelers. It consists of four individual round-trip tickets that will allow a group of up to four persons to travel together on Metrolink all day on either Saturday or Sunday for a special price.
